How to place an order?
Add the selected products to the cart, then fill in the details needed for shipping and choose the most convenient payment method for you. Pay for the order and we will deliver it as soon as possible.

Do I need to register to place an order?
No. You can place your order without registering, but by creating an account in our store you will have easier access to your order history.

What payment method can I choose?
PayPal, Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, SOFORT, GiroPay, Klarna Pay Later, credit card and traditional transfer.

Klarna Pay Later: Klarna allows online shoppers to make deferred payments. Buyers can pay for the products 30 days later or in 4 installments. Read more.

Can I pay in installments?
Of course. By choosing Klarna as your payment method, you can pay for your order 30 days later or split it into several convenient installments.

How can I use a discount code?
Go to your basket and then click "Checkout". After going to the next page, you will see a window where you can write your discount code.

How to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will proceed with the cancellation of your order.

Can I exchange the product for a different one?
If the ordered products do not compatible with your expectations and you want to exchange it for another - you can do so. Contact our service to arrange replacement details.

How will I receive the sales document after the purchase?
We send all sales documents by e-mail to the address provided in the order. If you do not have an email, please contact us.

DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?
We realize orders every day from Monday to Saturday and delivery usually takes a few business days. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?
We send foreign shipments by DPD, DHL, FedEx and Meest. Delivery costs will be calculated automatically and given in the basket when placing the order.

Do you offer free shipping?
At the moment we do not offer free shipping.

When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail immediately after we have packed your order. Additionally, you will receive a link that will redirect you directly to the carrier's website, where you can check the status of your shipment.

RETURNS

How do I make a return?
We are sorry that the ordered product did not compatible with your expectations. You can return your order within 14 days (counted from the moment your shipment is delivered), provided that the products are intact. Additionally, please contact us before returning. Read more.

How much time do I have to return?
You can return you order within 14 days of receiving the package.

When will I get my refund?
The money will be in your account the next business day after we receive the return package.

Do I have to pay for the return?
The cost of return shipment is covered by the buyer.
